The DeKalb County Zoning Board of Appeals rejects Shadowbox Studios' appeal to develop a data center on 155 acres in southwest DeKalb under the county moratorium.
"Shadow Box Studios Atlanta. They want to build the data center on his 155 acre property in southwest DeKalb. The studio says that it was told the site could be developed that way. However, the county says those communications were not legally binding and the application was not processed because of a data center moratorium. Well, today, Shadowbox attorneys questioned whether that moratorium is legal. Residents also spoke out against the proposal."
