The structured rows are CC BY-NC 4.0 (opens in a new tab): free for personal, academic, civic and newsroom use with attribution and a link to the record page used. Prose stays under copyright.
Who needs a commercial license
Commercial, enterprise, financial or AI training use: investment research, site selection, consulting deliverables, resale, model training, any product that charges for access.
What a license includes
The full dataset as CSV and JSON, refreshed weekly, with source and basis on every row; attribution terms; a named contact for data questions.

Independence
A license buys the data, never a record, a correction, a placement or a delay. The funding rule on /support applies.
