Related measures HB1847 (114th General Assembly). One measure in both chambers of the 114th General Assembly. The Senate substituted the House bill on 2026-04-22 and conformed to it, and only H.B. 1847 was chaptered: Public Chapter 961 names it and records that it was substituted for Senate Bill No. 2128. S.B. 2128 has no chapter of its own. Neither row is merged: each measure keeps its own record, its own history and its own page.
